New to Yoga //

This class is designed for those completely new to yoga.
No previous experience needed, simple and approachable, explore at your own pace in this easy to follow class.
Vinyasa //

The word 'Vinyasa' simply translates as 'to place in a special way', this short but sweet practice explains traditional yoga postures in a modern context. 
Power Yoga //

6:15pm - 7:15pm
Dynamic and strength building.
Explore all things familiar and unfamiliar to your usual yoga practice in this powerful evening practice. 
Until things get back to normal, all

Breathwork & Meditation
Friday mornings  //  7:30am - 8:00am
To join in you don't need any previous experience with meditation or working with breath control, just the desire to dedicate a little time each week to some simple practices.
